S'mores!

S'mores!  They're delicious, they're gooey, they're chocolaty and you can't go wrong!  Saturday night I went to a friends house for a rib cook-off (beef ribs v. pork ribs - what a "terrible" competition to judge).  After thoroughly stuffing ourselves with ribs and potatoes, we made a bonfire.  A few beers later and out came the graham crackers, marshmallows and chocolate.

The key to a perfect s'more.

Step 1 - Pour a glass on wine and begin drinking it
Step 2 - Build a fire
Step 3 - Take a drink of wine
Step 4 - Identify a friend that will make you a s'more (In my case, this was my friend Craig)
Step 5 - Take another drink of wine
Step 6 - Make sure your Craig is very clear you like your marshmallows crispy on the outside, gooey on the inside
Step 7 - Take another drink of wine
Step 8 - Watch your Craig attempt to dodge bonfire smoke while cooking your marshmallow
Step 9 - Take another drink of wine
Step 10 - Continue watching your Craig attempt to dodge bonfire smoke
Step 11 - Take another drink of wine
Step 12 - Watch your Craig put together the marshmallow, chocolate and graham cracker into a s'more
Step 13 - Take another drink of your wine
Step 14 - Eat your delicious s'more!

  1. I love the simplicity of a regular s'more, but just last weekend I made s'mores cups. They were effing awesome and way easy to make. Just an FYI in case you get the s'mores urge, but don't have the campfire, or the Craig to help out :)
